Emails to Outlook/Hotmail bouncing Tuesday 6th May 2025 09:28:00
We are aware of an issue affecting emails to Outlook and Hotmail email addresses specifically. Technicians are currently working on rotating IPs to mitigate the blockage by Microsoft.
We have adjusted our SMTP servers to send out mail through another IP address, and will continue to monitor for any further blocks.
