HostAway has identified DNS issues with Microsoft365, resulting in email delivery problems inbound/outbound. The impacted Microsoft server is: SY8PR01MB8853.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com
Any email deliveries processed by the impacted Microsoft servers will experience email bounces with the error: "451 DNS temporary failure". HostAway technicians will continue to monitor this.
