During routine maintenance, HostAway technicians identified and replaced a faulty network cable which suddenly and unexpectedly caused an increase in load time for some of our webservers.
Some websites may have seen slowness or an 'unavailable' page between 5:36pm to 5:58pm on Tuesday 18/11/2025.
The issue was detected quickly and technicians worked swiftly to mitigate the issue.
