We are are of an issue affecting connectivity to some of our colocation customers. Techs are currently investigating.
Staff are onsite attempting to replace the transceiver and uplink for a faulty switch.
Technicians have identified and replaced a faulty upstream network transceiver which had failed, all colocation network connectivity has been restored.
An RFO will be sent shortly to those impacted.
