HostAway will be performing hazardous works on core network infrastructure to improve reliability and reinstate a secondary module. During these works, network performance may be impacted for up to thirty minutes within the following time window: 10:30pm to 11:30pm AWST Wednesday 1/04/2026

Colocation customers are advised to postpone any backups or traffic-heavy operations until after the outage to avoid congestion.

Colocation clients on 'Row B' will see a momentary network drop while a temporary fibre path is reverted, as notified per our recent RFO.

Updates will be provided as works proceed.

Technicians have identified a momentary network connectivity flap as a result of the redundancy transition.

Network connectivity was automatically restored moments later.

The planned works are progressing as expected.

The maintenance window has been extended by 30 minutes to allow for cleanup and confirmation of completion, ETA 12:00.

Once all completed works are confirmed, an update will be posted.
