Urgent server updates underway

Both our VPS hosting and our WebMail will be experiencing momentary interruptions due to urgent critical security patching. Services should not be down for more than 5 minutes, if downtime lasts longer than 15 minutes, please contact us.

In response to a recent security vulnerability impacting linux servers, HostAway have rolled out urgent security patching across our entire infrastructure.

Customers under VPS maintenance have already had security patches applied to mitigate the vulnerability.

Any VPS customers not under maintenance will have the security mitigation/patch applied in the coming days following an official email notification.

HostAway will continue to monitor the impact of this vulnerability.
